Responsibilities 工作职责
1. To assist the HRM by ensuring that all clerical and administrative functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner according to the departmental procedures.

2. According to the existing staffing and business development needs, responsible for the statistics and summary of the personnel recruitment needs of each operation functions.
根据现有的人员编制及业务发展需求,负责统计、汇总各职能中心的人员招聘需求。
3. Responsible for the development of recruitment channels and human resources recruitment management system, improve the recruitment process.
负责开发招聘渠道及完善人力资源招聘管理体系,改进招聘工作流程。
4. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover.
负责离职面谈并提供人员流动的原因的反馈意见。
5. Responsible for the new employees’ onborading procedures and assist with labor Bureau required recruitment procedures.
负责办理新员工的入职手续和协助劳动局要求的招工手续。
6. To ensure that all personnel files and records are complete, accurate and current updated.
确保所有人事档案及记录完整、准确及更新。
7. Assist with Implements the hotel P&P regarding the team member salary and benefits.
协助执行酒店的工资福利政策。
Job Specs 职位要求
1. University and above.
大学及以上资历。
2. Minimum 1 years of extensive human resources experience.
至少一年相关人力资源管理经验。
3. Familiar with the hotel's recruitment process and various recruitment channels, with 5-star hotel recruitment experience is preferred.
熟悉企业的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道,有星级酒店招聘工作经验优先。
4. Fluent in written and spoken English. Familiar with computer operation, good English level, excellent affinity and communication skills.
熟悉电脑操作,英语水平良好,具有优秀的亲和力和沟通能力。
5. Good at communication and coordination, good sense of teamwork, strong ability to work under pressure.
擅于沟通与协调,良好的团队合作意识,抗压能力强。
