岗位职责:
Key Accountabilities:
1、负责参加并组织餐饮管理部相关会议,传达并落实相关制度以及会议精神;
Responsible for attending and organizing relevant meetings of the food and beverage Management Department, communicating and implementing relevant rules and meeting spirit;
2、负责安排管事部职责范围内的清洁与保养工作,包括但不限于餐厨用具、餐厨设备等;
Responsible for arranging cleaning and maintenance work within the responsibility of the stewarding Department, including but not limited to kitchen utensils, kitchen equipment, etc.;
3、负责管事部职责范围内的库房管理以及成本控制;
Responsible for warehouse management and cost control within the scope of responsibility of stewarding department;
4、负责开展管事部员工培训,包括但不限于储藏和使用化学药剂的培训;
Responsible for training stewarding staff, including but not limited to training on the storage and use of chemical agents;
5、负责处理管事部范围内的紧急事件,保障管事部的工作能够正常开展;
Responsible for handling emergencies within the scope of the Stewarding Department to ensure the normal operation of the Stewarding Department;
6、负责完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求:
General requirements:
1、专科及以上学历;
College degree or above;
2、5年以上五星酒店管事部经理工作经验;
At least 5 years experience as manager of stewarding department in Five Star Hotel;
3、具有良好的中英文沟通能力及较强的工作责任心;
Good English and Chinese communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
4、具备良好的政治素质,身体健康,热爱餐饮工作。
Have good political qualities, good health, love food work.
