Has knowledge of all HR forms (i.e. status change, employee communication, leave application, room reservations, transfer inquiry, etc.) Tasks include the following:

Responsible for Employee Check in – Check out;
负责员工的入离职手续;
Key in all HR data from the HR forms into HR system, including leaves, attendance record, over time;
将所有人事表格中的信息录入人事系统,包括假期、出勤加班记录等;
Key in social insurance data;
录入社保信息;
Deliver monthly social insurance documents to the insurance center;
每月向社保中心提交社保文件;
Deliver necessary documents for expat’s visa application;
负责外籍员工签证等文件的准备和提交;
Understands confidentiality issues;
知晓哪些为保密事项;
Files are kept well organized and current;
有序整理档案并及时更新;
Phone messages are accurate & routed immediately;
及时准确记录并传达来电信息;
Mail is retrieved distributed and routed immediately;
及时查收并传达分发信件;
All paperwork and phone requests are responded to in a timely manner;
及时答复所有书面和来电等提出的要求;
HR office supplies and forms are ordered when needed.
