1、协助制定和维护详细的部门运作手册，反映部门的政策和程序，工作流程和绩效标准。 确保年度回顾准确反映任何变化。
Assists with the development and maintenance of adetailed Departmental Operations Manual that reflects Policies &Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within theDivision. Ensures annual review toaccurately reflect any changes.
2、协助制定年度客房业务计划，确保部门目标能充分满足酒店的业务目标和员工的需求。
Assists with the preparation of the annual RoomsBusiness Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectivesof the Hotel and needs of employees.
3、协助准备并定期更新客房部预算，与客房部经理密切合作，确保达到目标并有效控制成本。
Assists with the preparation and regular update ofthe Housekeeping Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with theHousekeeping Manager, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectivelycontrolled.
4、常规地检测确保适当的处理和控制客人的遗留物品。
Constantly monitors and ensures the proper handlingand control of lost and found items.
5、确保窗户、公共区域和酒店核心区域的清洁工作得到适当的工作分配。
Ensures proper work assignments to the contractcleaners of windows, public and back of house areas.
6、监督虫害防治，植物租摆和晚间维护合同服务商的工作质量，工作效率和工作专业性。
Ensure proper work of the service contractors ofpest control and plant rental, supervise the service quality, efficiency andprofession.
7、确保清洁设备供应商根据合同的售后服务条款对清洁设备进行定期的维护。
Ensures after-sale service execute by cleaningequipment supplier periodically according to contract indicates, ensure theequipments have proper maintenance.
