Has thorough knowledge ofmenus and wine list.
对餐厅的菜单和酒单要相当熟悉及有良好的知识。

Reports any difficulties andproblems to Team leader / Assistant Manager to find out solutions or take nextaction.
应向领班/副经理汇报任何困难和问题，以便于找到解决方式或是接下来的行动计划。

Sets up tables in accordanceto the request and operational requirement.
