As a Service Leader - Information Technology, we rely on you to
Assist the Department Head to manage day-to-day end users support and I.T. operations support activities on a 24-hour basisProvide first line quality and prompt I.T. service to external and internal end usersRespond to IT Helpdesk calls to provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolutionMaintain, operate and keep updated all I.T. systems; ensure proper backup and contingency plan is in place for all systemsProvide support on video conferencing and events with AV facilitiesWork with vendor for resolving technical issueMaintain supported product inventory, including hardware and software
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Information TechnologyHigher Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related discipline2 years or above in the I.T. Support environment, experience in hospitality industry is an advantageHigh awareness and consciousness in I.T. security and I.T. policy complianceSelf-motivated, mature and able to work independently
