As a Service Manager - Banquet Kitchen Sous Chef , we rely on you to:

Report to the Banquet Chef and can continuously improve and innovate the work plan of new food and beverage direction.

Ensure the normal operation of department.

Check the chef's appearance and personal hygiene.
检查厨师的外表和个人卫生。
Ensure the quality of all purchased food.
确保所有采购食品的质量。
Establish various control systems (hygiene, cost, etc.) for normal operation.

Actively create new dishes and formulate restaurant menus and special menus.

We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
Minimum 2 years in the same position in 5* international hotel.

Received professional and technical training.

Have rich technical and administrative experience.

Knowledge of cost accounting, food ingredients and food nutrition.
