We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Front Desk to join our FO team.

As a Service Leader - Front Desk, we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务主管 - 前台,需要独立承担以下岗位职责:
Responsible to provide guest services and handle the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guest in accordance with the objective, performances and quality standard established by Shangri-La Group.
根据香格里拉集团的目标、执行标准和质量标准,负责给客人提供接机服务和处理日常预订、入住和退房业务。
Ensure all guest requests are being complied.
确保所有客人的要求都被满足。
Handle guest complaints effectively.
及时高效地处理客人投诉。
Motivate and ensure staff perform to the high service level required,maximizing total customer loyalty as well as positive overall stay experience.
激励员工并确保他们达到所需的高服务水平,从而最大化客户的总体忠诚度以及提供积极的整体住宿体验。
Provide coaching and counseling on standards and procedures for the department.
向团队成员提供培训及指导,使团队保持酒店服务标准。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
Minimum 1 year in the same position in 5* international hotel
1年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力
Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality
良好的团队合作精神,建立团队精神,具有热情、活力、时尚的个性
Good command of written and spoken English
良好的英语书写能力和语言能力
