We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Shangri-la Horizon to join our FO team.

As a Service Leader - Shangri-la Horizon, we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务主管-香格里拉豪华阁,需要独立承担以下岗位职责:
Meets up with guests regularly to obtain feedback on ways to improve the hotel’s services and facilities.
对豪华阁客人提供优质服务,及时了解客人反馈,并在服务及酒店设备设施的调整提出建议,提高顾客满意度。
Handles guest complaints effectively.
及时高效地处理客人投诉。
Within the established Delegation of Authority, he/ she makes quick and correct decisions to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
在授权范围内,快速正确地做出决定,使客人满意。
Motivates and ensures staff perform to the high service level required, maximizing total customer loyalty as well as positive overall stay experience.
激励团队成员,保持高度的团队精神或团队凝聚力。
Provides coaching and counseling on standards and procedures for the Horizon Club.
向团队成员提供培训及指导,使团队保持酒店服务标准。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
Minimum 1 years in the same position in 5* international hotel
1年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位
Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力
Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality
良好的团队合作精神,建立团队精神,具有热情、活力、时尚的个性
Good command of written and spoken English
良好的英语书写能力和语言能力
