主动、积极地推动、监管员工公寓所有区域之各项工作正常持续之运作。
Initiatively
monitor & ensure operation in each part of Associate Residence maintains
smoothly.
§
迅速解决公寓区域的设备设施故障及持续有效跟进员工关于公寓管理的反馈和建议。
Resolve the problem of facility and
equipment in Associate Residence swiftly, follow up feedback & suggestion
effective.
§
积极协助人力资源部解决员工更衣室、员工餐厅和员工公寓设施/设备的故障。
Assist resolve defects of facility and
equipment in Lockers, Associate Restaurant and Associate Residence.
§
随时更新电脑中有关员工公寓和员工更衣室的信息,并确保信息准确。
Ensures information of Associate Residence
& Lockers keep up-dated and accurate.
§
督导管理员妥善保管员工公寓钥匙,有效的管理钥匙的分发,回收和复制。
Ensures Associate Residence attendant
control, distribute, collect the keys of dormitory properly.
§
确保公寓使用的任何设备及时参加并通过当地政府/国家的检验/审查。
Ensures facility and equipment in Associate
Residence match up with standard of Government/Country.
§
监督公寓区域所有设施/设备功能,确保符合地方法规和凯悦酒店集团的标准。
Ensures facility and equipment in Associate
Residence match up with Hyatt Hotels Corporation standard.
§
根据工作需要布置员工活动室,并督导清点和妥善保管公寓装饰物品。
Decorates recreation room properly according
to requirement, storage decoration tools properly.
§
管理员工活动室内外设施,确保公寓管理员办公室内租用设施以及急救箱的补给和更新,与信息资讯部保持沟通以定期维护电脑加油站的设备。
Manage facility inside & outside of
recreation room, ensures first aids box & recreation tools in Associate
Residence sufficient and brand-new, keep close touch with IS department for
maintain the Associate Kiosk.
§
与工程部保持紧密沟通,积极协助经由酒店工程部需要维修的设施设备。
Keep close touch with Engineering to assist
Engineering resolve defect of facility and equipment.
§
与保安部保持密切沟通,确保公寓区域内的人身和财产安全。
Keep close touch with Security to ensure
security of personal and property.
§
与居住在员工公寓的其它企业的负责人保持联系,确保其员工依照凯悦的标准使用和维持员工公寓内、外之正常秩序(如:走廊、草场及外围的清洁等)。
Keep close touch with key person from
outside unit who live in Associate Residence, ensure their associate can obey
Hyatt rules & regulations.
§
安排人员每月按时抄、报公寓水电记录于财务部和业主方。
Arrange Associate Residence Attendant take
record of usage of water and electricity in Associate Residence, submit the
record to Finance and owner on time.
§
安排新进员工、员工调动、员工离职的公寓入住及退宿。
Handle check in & check out procedure
for new hire, transfer and resignation.
§
制定每月报表,并提交人力资源部总监,其内容涵括:统计当月维修需求清单及当月费用花费。
Prepare monthly expense record and submit to
Director of Human Resources for approval.
§
制定每月报表,并提交人力资源部总监,其内容涵括:当月居住情况统计表包括当月公寓变动情况,当月新入住员工和当月退宿员工,公寓违纪事件,每月活动信息表。
Prepare monthly record which includes
movement in Associate Residence, check in & check out Associate in the month,
disciplinary record and Associate activity information each month, then submit
to Director of Human Resources.
§
安排人员每月对固定资产自盘和协助财务部进行定期盘点工作。
Arrange dormitory attendant make an
inventory of equipment then assist Finance finish the checking.
§
负责公寓每月消耗品的申领、更换及记录。
In charge of expendable application,
exchange and record.
§
负责对新员工讲解公寓的规章制度。
Give presentation of Rules and Regulations
in Associate Residence to new hires.
§
督促公寓报修能得到及时有效的解决。
Monitor and ensure defect maintain can be
handled effectively.

Management
§
协助制作、更新、保存、发放员工公寓手册,回收和处理离职员工的员工手册。
Prepare, update, storage and distribute Associate
Handbook to new hires. Collect the ones from resignation.
§
协助人事部经理制定本部门下年度商业计划,确保部门目标完全支持酒店目标。
Assist Personnel Manager to prepare Business
plan of next year, ensure goal the section and fully support the goal of hotel.
§
统计破损和预计公寓工程问题,确保有效的成本控制。
Statistic and preview defect problems in Associate
Residence, ensure cost control effectively.
§
合理分配酒店员工和外聘人员的工作,确保工作均衡及工作效率最佳表现。
Properly assign the task to subordinate and
outside contractor which ensure balance of task and prefect performance.
§
积极参与和协调人事部完成相关工作。
Involve and assist personnel department.
§
确保与业主方的有效沟通和合作,坚持立场和原则,保护酒店和员工的利益。
Keep effectively communication and
cooperation with owners, insist on principle and protect rights of hotel and Associate.

§
实行绩效管理,采用灵活用工的制度。致力于培养多重技能和多项任务的员工。
Exercises efficient Payroll Management/
Resources allocation through the establishment of a flexible workforce
throughout the Division. This will be based on the principles of a flexible Associate
base (Full Time & Part Time Associates), multi-skilling and multi-tasking.

Instruct subordinate to ensure their

People Management
§
编排适用于营运需要且灵活多样的排班表。
Prepare flexible duty roster which meet
operation needs.
§
处理协调与外聘清洁公司,杀虫公司,以及在有需要的情况下与外包工程队的工作。
Cooperate with outside contractor, pest Control
Company and outside engineering team when operation needs.
§
适当授权,培训、发展人员,确保营运和安全的标准和需要。
Empower, train and develop Associate
properly, ensure operation standard and security.
§
组织员工参加培训部培训,安排员工参加必要工作技能或安全操作的培训。
Organize Associate take part in training from
training department, arrange Associate to attend training of skill &
operation.
§
统计和控制部门加班,准时向部门提交靠勤纪录。
Statistic and control overtime in
department, submit the attendance record to department on time.
§
担任训练和发展员工的角色。与进修发展部经理密切合作,理解并支持酒店和部门岗位培训,推动并协助培训以提高员工的技能和素质,发展优秀、活跃、高效的工作团队。

department and hotel which aim at develop skill and competency of Associate.

Ensure communication smoothly, evaluate Associate

安排每周的沟通例会:强调工作重点和持续跟进事项,员工汇报特殊事件并记录说明。
Arrange negotiation meeting each month which
focus on important issues and special case.

确保员工了解酒店产品知识和服务标准,知悉酒店的促销活动及相关政策的变更。
