· Behaves at all times in a professional manner whichprojects a good image to colleagues, and ensures asafe hygienic working environment.

· Abides by all rules and regulations as laid down in the Talent Handbook.
遵守人才手册规章制度和条款。
· Must follow the grooming standards of the hotel at alltimes.
当班期间必须遵循酒店仪容仪表的要求。
· Participates in any training programs as requested by theTalent Canteen Chef.
按时参加在人才餐厅厨师长要求下的培训。
· Cooperates with all hotel talent members to ensureproducts and services are to set standards.
同酒店其他同事合作,保证服务标准。
· Ensures Hotel’s Fire, Health and Safety Procedures areimplemented.
保证酒店防火,安全和卫生等程序的执行。
· Performs any other duties or responsibilities as requiredby Management.
按照管理层相关要求完成工作任务。
· To be familiar with emergency, safety and first aidprograms and procedures.
熟知紧急防火,安全和紧急救护的程序。
· Reports all accidents and safety hazards.
如发生意外事故,及时向相关负责人汇报。

· Prepare raw food and seasoning with canteen commis.
与人才餐厅厨师一起准备配料及烹饪食材。
· Make sure the supply of food and ensure the quantity andquality.
确保餐厅食物的供应,保证食物的数量和质量。
· Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of cold rooms, workareas and equipment.
确保冷房,工作区域和设施设备的清洁和维护工作。
· Ensure the warmly attitude and rationalization whenserves the meal, analyzes talent’s opinion forwardly and brings improved adviceto Canteen Chef and Supervisor.
确保打菜时,服务热情,分配合理,并可主动分析人才的意见,向人才餐厅厨师长或主管提出改进意见。
· Assists Cost Control and calculate cost of food.
协助成本核算做好和计算食品成本工作。
· Performs other duties that may be required by hissuperiors.
履行其上司给予的其他职责。
