· Maintains excellent grooming standards at all time.

· Attend daily briefings to ensure hotel activities and operationalrequirements are known.

· Prepares, cooks, servesand stores the following dishes:
备食品备料、烹饪及服务和储存。主要职责如下:
² Appetizers, Savories,
开胃食品、小食
² Produces hot and cold sauces for menu items ensuring consistency.
项目所需要的冷热汁酱并保持出品的一致性。
² Eggs, vegetables, fruit, rice and farinaceous dishes.
蛋类、蔬菜类、水果类、饭类和谷物类。
² Poultry and Game dishes.
家禽及野味。
² Meat dishes,Carving station.
肉类,切肉台。
² Fish and shell fish.
海鲜及带壳海鲜类。
² Garnishing techniquesand methods of service for fish.
海鲜类的装饰技巧及服务方法。
² Prepares in advancefood, material and equipment needed for the service.
提前对食品、原料和设备的需求做好准备工作。
· Cleans and re-sets working area.
清洁及重新布置工作区域。
· Maintain a hygienickitchen according to HACCP.
根据国际HACCP维护厨房的卫生标准。
· Provides direction tothe Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
对于任何厨房的帮手都能给予指导,包括主管、厨师、厨工和管事部人才。
· Communicates to his/hersuperior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and otherrelevant information.
及时向上级反映工作中所遇到问题,客人和人才意见以及其他相关信息。
· Establishes andmaintains effective talent working relationships.
建立和维护有效的人才工作关系。
· Attends andparticipates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
出席和参与每日的例会和其他会议。
· Understand dietaryrequirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
了解健康食品的要求,并可以给出适当的建议。
Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area.
服务时对所有客人尽职责。
· Adjust service to suitguests’ requests, personalise to meet needs.
根据顾客需求,提供个性化服务。
· Be able to makesuggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.
可以根据客人不同的国籍推荐菜单上的食品。
· Being able to recommendother restaurants & city attractions to Hotel guests.
可以向客人推荐其它具有吸引力的餐厅或场所。
· To facilitate all guestneeds and expectations in the restaurant by providing exceptional service.
尽力满足客人在餐厅里的需要和期望,并为其提供卓越的服务。
· Use a heartiestapproach – make the guests feel welcome, feel heart-warmed, feel incredible,and belong.
