1. **Operations Management:**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Maintain highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
2. **Guest Experience:**
- Personally greet VIP guests and ensure premium service delivery
- Handle guest complaints promptly and implement service recovery procedures
- Continuously seek ways to enhance dining experience through ambiance and service innovations
3. **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff (servers, hosts, bartenders)
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Develop staff scheduling to optimize labor costs while maintaining service standards
4. **Financial Management:**
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Control operational costs including food, beverage, and labor
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement improvement strategies
5. **Quality Control:**
- Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Conduct regular service quality inspections
- Maintain restaurant equipment and oversee preventive maintenance
6. **Marketing & Promotion:**
- Implement promotional activities to increase covers and average check
- Collaborate with culinary team to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Manage restaurant's social media presence and online reputation
