Position Summary
As the General Manager, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Recognize Hilton's brandculture and live Hilton's values by example every day.
· Lead the hotel to achieve thekey performance indicators, including but not limited to manage ongoingprofitability of your hotel, ensuring earnings and revenue, team member andguest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
· Make annual/quarterly/monthlybudget, forecast and work plan, and implement them effectively
· Lead in all key propertyissues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment
· Ensure all decisions are madein the best interest of the hotels and Hilton
· Deliver achievable hotelbudgets, and set other short- and long- term strategic goals for the property
· Ensure that Hilton brandstandards are fully implemented and hotel comply with all regulatoryrequirements which includes hygiene and safety standards.
· Lead in all aspects ofbusiness planning
· Manage and develop the HotelExecutive team to ensure career progression and effective succession planningwithin Hilton
· Hold regular briefings andcommunication meetings with the HOD team, respond to audits to ensure continualimprovement is achieved
· Maintain good communicationwith the owner company periodically to ensure that it is aware of the hotel'soperating conditions and satisfy with the hotel's operation.
· Perform all relevantrequirements and tasks of the Hilton

· Minimum Education: collegedegree or equivalent.Hospitality/Travel/leisure industrymanagement professional.
· Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 1-yearexperience in similar capacity with international chain hotels or 3-5 years as DO or CD working experience in international brandhotel
· Strong proficiencyin English/Chinese with the ability to do some translation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Resourceful, creative and maintainflexibility
