岗位职责:
1.Supervise the waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations.

2.Ensure that service staff adhere to high standards of hospitality and service.

3.Manage seating arrangements and flow of guests, particularly during busy periods.

4.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
用专业和高效的方式处理客人的询问、投诉和特殊要求
5.Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
确保用餐区始终保持干净、有序并维护良好的状态
6.Support in maintaining an organized and fully stocked service area.
协助维护用餐区域的合理性
7.Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
与厨房沟通协作,确保点单的准确性与时效性
8.Assist in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives.
协助提升并实施服务改进计划
岗位要求:
1.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry (Fine dining experience preferred).
至少1-2年餐饮行业管理工作经验(有高端餐饮工作经验优先)
2.Experience in Beijing or China is an advantage.
有北京或国内工作经验者优先
3.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
