岗位职责:
1.Assist the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie with basic cooking tasks, such as food preparation and plating.

2.Keep the workstation organized, clean, and stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment throughout service.
在整个操作过程中保持档口的整洁,并备有必要的原料和设备
3.Follow the restaurant’s recipes and standards to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
遵循餐厅的菜品配方和操作标准,确保菜品质量和呈现的一致性
4.Support the kitchen team by completing preparatory tasks and managing ingredients as needed.
协助厨房团队完成开餐前准备工作和管理所需的食材
5.Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
遵守所有安全和卫生规定,保持厨房环境的清洁和安全
6.Communicate any concerns or issues related to ingredients, equipment, or kitchen operations to the Demi Chef.

岗位要求:
1.0-1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in fine dining or a high-end restaurant.
1年内厨房专业工作经验,有高端餐饮行业工作经验者优先
2.Experience in food preparation and assisting more senior chefs in daily kitchen tasks.
具有协助厨师团队备餐工作经验
3.Basic food preparation skills, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
基本的食材准备工作技能,包括切碎、削皮和分配原材料的操作
4.Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene.

5.Ability to work efficiently under the supervision of the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie in a fast-paced environment.
