To oversee and direct all aspects of Human Resources in hotel including providing a professional and caring personnel service to all management and colleagues and assisting in the profitability of hotel whilst ensuring the welfare of all.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Strategic 战略
1. Research, identify and propose appropriate Human Resources strategies to ensure the effectiveness of the hotel.
研究和制定有效的人力资源战略,以确保酒店的高效运行。
2. Develop manpower budget and ensure manpower is under control within the manning established.
制定用工预算,确保预算内用工。
3. Maintain harmonious staff relations and an environment conductive to top performance.
维护和谐的员工关系,创造有助于实现最佳绩效的工作环境。
4. Define, establish and maintain proper communication channels so that an open, transparent organization can be created.
建立及维持良好的沟通渠道,创造公开、透明的组织机构。
5. Ensure proper administration of the Performance Management System in all departments and achieve a performance driven team.
确保绩效管理系统在各部门的良好执行,创建以绩效为导向的工作团队。
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant hotel policies and procedures, local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
确保酒店的各项规章制度以及当地政府用工方面的政策得以遵守。
7. Identify and design appropriate training development initiatives to ensure a learning culture is developed within the hotel.
开发制定有效的培训与发展方案,确保酒店的学习氛围。
8. Advice and coordinate with management to ensure the productivity and service standards of hotel are met in its highest level.
向管理层建议,与管理层协调,保证酒店的高效率生产及高品质服务。
9. Keep updated with the latest trends in the field of applied Human Resources activities, legal updates and worldwide HR trends.
跟进人力资源及法律领域的最新动态和趋势。

1. Ensure career development policies and implement career paths for colleagues.
保证职业发展政策的实施。
2. Develop and maintain a hotel disciplinary system, conduct disciplinary meetings for supervisory staff and above.
发展和维护酒店纪律处分系统,与主管及以上员工进行违纪面谈。
3. Implement, communication and clarify any Human Resources related policies and rules and propose modifications to remain current with needs and trends.
实施、传达和解释任何人力资源相关政策条例并根据最新需求和趋势进行修改。
4. Attend to any legal cases related to labor law.
处理任何劳动法律纠纷。
5. Conduct exit interviews at Department Head level.
为部门经理级员工进行离职面谈。
Recruitment 招聘
1. Responsible for recruitment of positions at all levels.
负责所有职位的招聘。
2. Select recruitment websites, agencies/ headhunters and make recommendations to management.
挑选招聘网站、中介和猎头,为管理层提供建议。
3. Ensure that all recruitment costs are within budget.
确保招聘成本控制在预算内。
4. Provide reports on effectiveness of recruitment advertisement costs.
分析招聘广告的成本效益,提供相关报告。
5. Recommend, propose and implement action plans from hotel HR strategies to ensure the retention of performers.
推荐、提议并执行酒店人力资源战略提出的执行方案,确保优秀员工的稳定。
Learning & Development 学习与发展
1. Ensure all learning and development programs and initiatives are to maximize guest satisfaction, staff motivation and organizational profitability.
保证所有学习与发展计划方案有助于客户满意度、员工积极性和组织收益率的最大化。
2. Ensure all new colleagues are equipped with hotel and product knowledge.
保证所有新员工对酒店和产品有一定了解。
3. Analyze training needs and ensure the preparation and implementation of training plans are designed to meet the needs of the hotel.
分析培训需求,保证培训计划符合酒店的需求。
4. Oversee training conducted by Training Department and make sure that departmental training system is effective.
监督学习与发展部门及各部门培训员开展的培训,确保部门培训系统有效。
5. Provide personal coaching on Personnel Management and Training Skills to executive level.
亲自为行政委员及部门经理提供人事管理及培训技巧方面的培训。
6. Implement the career development plans and succession plans of subordinates within HR Department.
执行人力资源部内部的职业发展计划和接班人计划。
7. Ensure the selection and training of trainees is monitored and effective.
监控培训生的挑选和培训,保证其效果。
8. Conduct Performance Management System training for new executives and department heads.
为新就职的行政委员和部门经理进行绩效管理系统的培训。

Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育学历
1. Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Communications, Education, Psychology, Fine Arts or other related areas.
人事、酒店管理、传播、教育、心理学、文学或其他相关专业学历。
2. Certificate in law is a plus.
有法律方面的证书为佳。
3. Certified trainer in management programs.
具有管理课程培训师资格。
Experience 工作经历
1. A minimum of 8 years in Human Resources in the service industry, preferably in international 5-star hotel.
至少8年服务行业人事领域工作经验,国际五星级酒店工作经验优先。
2. Experience in handling labor union.
具备处理工会关系的经验。
