MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Prepares and presents a broad array ofcakes, pastries, desserts, cakes, petits fours which meet customerexpectations.
制作并装饰各种满足客人期望的蛋糕、面点、甜品、法式小点心。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• College degree or above, major in cooking is preferred
大专以上学历，烹饪专业优先
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验。
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Pasty Chef
至少3年的酒店饼房厨师长经验
• Exposure to industry which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstratedleadership.
餐饮管理经验和优良的领导力。
• Self-starter with hands-on approach. Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.

• Proven record to use formal and informal structure and culture toachieve the organization objectives.

• The ability to align the overall strategy of the kitchen with thebusiness objectives of the enterprise.
具备使厨房的整体策略与企业的商业目标保持一致的能力。
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
优秀的人际关系及影响力。
• Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is a must.
良好的中英文能力，普通话标准
• A clean criminal record is a-must.
