MAINPURPOSE主要职责
Execute job tasks according to thepre-defined standards & procedures and in compliance with the companyemployment handbook. Demonstrate honesty, reliability, ethics, andprofessionalism; demonstrate consistency between words & behaviour. 根据拟定的规定条例以及公司员工手册执行其职责范围内的工作。确保前台区域符合标准,所有营运设备运作正常。展现诚实，可靠，规范及专业的工作礼仪。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
· College degreeor above, major in hotel management is preferred.
大专以上学历，酒店管理专业优先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
· 1 years’experience in front office / guest services operations, including experience ata hotel of similar size and complexity, or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
拥有1年前厅或宾客服务工作经验，包括在相似规模和复杂程度的酒店的工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
· Exposure toindustry, which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Highproficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
