酒吧经理Bar Manager

岗位职责
1. 全面负责酒店酒吧大堂、茶吧及红酒雪茄吧的日常运营、服务管理与利润目标达成。
Fully responsible for the daily operation, service management and profit target achievement of the hotel lobby bar, tea bar and red wine & cigar bar.
2. 制定并实施酒吧部年度预算、营销策略、酒水单/茶单更新及成本控制方案。
Formulate and implement the bar department's annual budget, marketing strategy, wine list/tea list update and cost control plan.
3. 确保所有酒吧区域提供卓越、专业的宾客体验，维持高标准的服务质量。
Ensure that all bar areas provide excellent and professional guest experience and maintain high standards of service quality.
4. 精通酒水、茶叶、雪茄知识，严格控制库存与采购，优化供应商管理。
Proficient in alcohol, tea and cigar knowledge, strictly control inventory and procurement, and optimize supplier management.
5. 策划并执行主题推广活动，提升酒吧知名度、客流量与营业额。
Plan and execute thematic promotion activities to enhance the bar's popularity, customer flow and turnover.
6. 维护所有酒吧设备设施，确保运营安全并符合酒店卫生及安全标准。
Maintain all bar facilities and equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance with hotel hygiene and safety standards.
7. 处理重大客人投诉及突发事件，与餐饮部及其他部门保持高效协作。
Handle major guest complaints and emergencies, and maintain efficient cooperation with the catering department and other departments.
任职要求
1. 年龄30-45周岁，大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业。
Aged 30-45, college degree or above, major in hotel management, catering management or related fields.
2. 5年以上高星级酒店或高端酒吧管理经验，熟悉各类酒吧运营。
More than 5 years of management experience in high-star hotels or high-end bars, familiar with the operation of various bars.
3. 具备丰富的酒水知识（尤其红酒与洋酒）、茶艺知识及雪茄服务经验。
Have rich knowledge of alcohol (especially red wine and foreign wine), tea art and cigar service experience.
4. 具备出色的商业头脑、领导力、沟通技巧和客户关系维护能力。
Possess excellent business acumen, leadership, communication skills and customer relationship maintenance capabilities.
