Ensure compliance with all IHG temporary promotions

Provide information about competitors' products, including prices, promotions and offers
就不断变化的市场条件,包括竞争和市场趋势向管理层提供反馈
Provide management feedback on changing market conditions, including competition and market trends
在所有OTA账户中建立网络关系
Build network relationships in all OTA accounts
处理和管理客户的查询或问题
Handle and manage customer inquiries or questions
积极主动地负责所有IHG推广,以提升宾客体验
Proactively responsible for all IHG promotions to enhance guest experience
确保在提供的销售系统中准确及时地更新所有相关活动的准确记录,以便将来参考和控制
Ensure that all relevant records of activities are updated accurately and in a timely manner in the sales system provided for future reference and control

Update accounts and contact profiles, add account plans, and ensure that information is "real-time" for action

Job Requirements

Marketing, business or hotel management degree, and 1-3 years of sales experience in the hotel or related service industry

Excellent computer skills

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
