公区主管 Public Area Supervisor

Responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance, and management of hotel public areas, ensuring high-standard hygiene in lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other communal spaces.
负责酒店公共区域的日常清洁、维护及管理工作，确保酒店大堂、走廊、洗手间等公共区域保持高标准卫生状况；
Develop and implement public area cleaning schedules, assign tasks appropriately to cleaning staff, and supervise cleaning procedures and quality.
制定并执行公共区域清洁计划，合理安排清洁人员的工作任务，监督清洁流程及质量；
Inspect facility operations in public areas, promptly report or coordinate repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
检查公共区域的设施设备运行情况，及时报修或协调维修，确保设施完好；
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, control costs, and ensure adequate stock with rational usage.
管理清洁用品及耗材的库存，控制成本，确保物资供应充足且合理使用；
Train and guide the cleaning team to enhance service awareness and professional skills, ensuring efficient operations.
培训并指导清洁团队，提升员工服务意识及专业技能，确保团队高效运作；
Address guest complaints or suggestions regarding public areas, resolve issues promptly, and provide feedback on improvement measures.
处理客人对公共区域的投诉或建议，及时解决问题并反馈改进措施；
Coordinate with other departments for venue cleaning and setup during large-scale events or conferences.
配合其他部门完成大型活动或会议的场地清洁及布置工作。
