工作职责：
• Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
确保酒店最基本的品牌标准都要被贯彻执行。
• Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
根据所定的程序引领并接受点菜及为客人服务食品及饮料。
• Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
向客人呈送菜单，回答客人问询并为客人提供关于食品、饮料及服务的建议。
• Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.
对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives
在每次用餐结束后清理台面或餐桌并重新摆台。
• Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
以支持和灵活的态度与其他员工紧密合作，着眼于整个餐厅的成功和酒店客人的满意度。
• Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
按照要求维持所有物品和餐厅用品的标准库存量。
• Fully conversant with all aspects of the order System.
完全了解和熟练操作点单系统的各方面。
• Computes bill and accepts payment
按照客人消费的项目计算账单费用及核对账单
• Performs the function of cashier and check as required.
按财务要求执行收银职能并核对正确。
任职资格：
• Working knowledge of all aspects of Food & Beverage operations.
具备餐饮运营的相关食品及酒水知识。
• 1－3 years of relevant working experience, out of which 1 years above level.
1－3年相关工作经验，其中至少1 年以上星级酒店餐饮服务工作经验。
• Be self－motivated and energetic.
积极主动，自我激励。
• Good command of written and spoken English.
