岗位职责
以热情专业的服务迎接宾客，引导客户完成预约、咨询、项目推荐及结账全流程。 熟练操作运营系统，高效协调宾客与理疗师的时间安排，优化整体接待效率。 细致解答宾客关于SPA项目、产品及价格的疑问，提供个性化专业建议。 准确处理现金、POS机、移动支付等多种结账方式，确保账务清晰无误。 维护SPA中心前厅与休息区的整洁环境，协助管理宾客寄存物品。 记录客户偏好，协助处理客诉事宜，并定期进行客户回访与关系维护。 细致完成每日开店与闭店流程，确保运营顺畅有序。
任职要求
中专或高中及以上学历。 形象气质佳，具备良好的亲和力。 具备优秀的沟通表达能力及灵活的应变能力。 具有良好的团队协作精神。 服务意识强，具备高度责任心。 能熟练使用基础办公软件。 具备基础的销售与服务推介能力。

Job Responsibilities
Greet guests with warm and professional service, guiding them through the entire process including appointment booking, consultation, treatment recommendations, and payment. Skillfully operate the operating system to efficiently coordinate schedules between guests and therapists, optimizing overall reception efficiency. Carefully answer guests' questions regarding SPA treatments, products, and pricing, providing personalized professional advice. Accurately handle various payment methods including cash, POS machines, and mobile payments, ensuring clear and correct accounting. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the SPA center's front desk and lounge areas, and assist in managing guests' stored belongings. Record guest preferences, assist in handling customer complaints, and conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer relationships. Meticulously complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
Vocational school or high school diploma or above. Pleasant appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and flexibility in handling various situations. Strong team spirit and collaborative ability. High sense of service awareness and responsibility. Proficient in using basic office software. Basic sales and service recommendation skills.
