客房主管

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 监督客房与公共区域清洁品质。
Supervise the cleaning quality of guest rooms and public areas.
2. 检查房态、布草、设施与补给情况。
Check room status, linen, facilities and supplies condition.
3. 跟进VIP房型布置与开夜床服务。
Follow up VIP room arrangement and turndown service.
4. 培训客房团队，提升技能与效率。
Train the housekeeping team to improve service skills and working efficiency.
5. 管控楼层库存与物资损耗。
Control floor inventory and material loss.
6. 跟进维修问题并处理客诉。
Follow up maintenance issues and handle guest complaints.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2年以上酒店客房管理经验。
At least 2 years of hotel housekeeping management experience.
2. 熟悉奢华酒店清洁与服务标准。
Familiar with luxury hotel cleaning and service standards.
3. 沟通力与执行力强，能带领团队。
Strong communication and execution skills with team leadership ability.
4. 熟悉PMS系统，能够适应轮班工作。
Familiar with PMS system and able to work shifts.
