职位描述
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
协助市场销售团队处理日常行政事务,包括文件整理、合同归档及会议安排。Assist the sales & marketing team with daily administrative work, including document sorting, contract filing and meeting arrangement.对接销售、预订、宴会及市场推广等部门,确保信息流转顺畅。Liaise with sales, reservation, banquet and marketing departments to ensure smooth information communication.协助准备销售报告、市场分析数据及客户资料汇总。Assist in preparing sales reports, market analysis data and compiling customer files.跟进客户需求及内部协调,支持销售活动及市场推广项目执行。Follow up on client requirements and internal coordination, and support the execution of sales activities and marketing campaigns.处理部门内部办公用品申购、费用报销及后勤保障工作。Handle office supply applications, expense reimbursement and logistics support for the department.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1 年以上酒店、餐饮或市场销售行政支持工作经验。At least 1 year of administrative support experience in hotel, F&B or sales & marketing.熟练使用 Office 办公软件,具备基础英文读写能力。Proficient in MS Office; possess basic written and reading skills in English.工作细致有条理,具备良好的沟通与协调能力。Meticulous and well-organized, with excellent communication and coordination skills.具备较强的服务意识与团队合作精神。Strong service awareness and team player.有奢华品牌筹开经验者优先考虑。Candidates with pre-opening experience in luxury hotel brands will be prioritized.
