岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
分管宴会整体运营，统筹各类高端宴会全流程管控。Be responsible for the overall banquet operation and manage the whole process of all high-end banquets.对接销售定制活动方案，制定服务标准、组织培训考核，优化宾客体验。Communicate with the sales team to customize event plans, set service standards, organize training and assessments, and improve guest experience.负责人力排班、团队管理、宴会物资成本管控与月度盘点。Manage staff scheduling and team development, control the cost of banquet supplies and complete monthly inventory.协调各部门落实场地、设备、茶歇配套，处理客诉并落地整改。Coordinate with all departments to arrange venues, equipment and refreshments, resolve guest complaints and carry out rectification measures.筹备工作：搭建宴会全套 SOP，参与设备验收采购，统筹开业全员培训与试宴演练。Pre-opening work: formulate complete banquet SOPs, take part in equipment procurement and acceptance, arrange pre-opening staff training and trial banquet rehearsals.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
3 年奢华酒店宴会管理经验，2 年以上同等管理岗，擅长大型活动统筹。At least 3 years of banquet management experience in luxury hotels, over 2 years in an equivalent management position, capable of coordinating large-scale events.精通宴会运营与成本管控，英语流利，抗压性强；完整酒店筹开经历优先。Proficient in banquet operation and cost control, fluent in English and capable of working under pressure. Candidates with full hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
