工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
3-5年的相关工作经验。3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.信息技术资格/培训。Information Technology Qualification / Training了解信息技术管理的知识。Acquire knowledge of information technology management.要求有电工证。A certificate for electrician is required.
