岗位职责:
Clean assigned rooms, including changing bed sheets, changing terry, cleaning bidet\toilet, vacuuming floor etc., and replacing amenities on a timely basis, e.g. beverage, soap and toiletries.
负责打扫辖区内的房间,包括更换床单、替换毛巾、清洁浴盆、卫生间、地板吸尘等客房内的清洁工作,并及时补充客用品,例如:饮料、香皂和洗漱用品等。
Responsible for planned cleaning work and comprehensive room cleanliness work arranged by the department superior.
负责部门安排的各项计划清洁项目及大清洁工作。
Respond to guests' requests, such as cleaning wastebaskets, replacing extra terry, cleaning bathrooms etc.
及时回应客人的需求,例如:清理垃圾桶,额外更换布巾,清洁浴室等。
Other duties assigned by superiors.
完成上级领导所交办的其它任务。
资质需求:
Minimum one year working experience in Housekeeping Department of hotel or serviced residence.
具有1年以上服务式公寓/酒店行业客房部工作经验。
Enthusiasm for serviced residence/hotel.
热忠于服务式公寓/酒店的服务事业。.
Responsible, careful, honest, reliable.
有责任心,做事认真细致,诚实可靠。
Sense of initiative, ability to obey, team spirit.
具有良好的主动性,并具有服从精神和团队精神。.
Ability to understand well, good communication skills.
具有良好的理解能力、表达沟通能力。
Ability to work under pressure.
能承受工作压力。
