【岗位职责】
Supervise and ensure service operations in the assigned area meet restaurant standards.
督导并负责所辖区域的服务工作，确保正确操作以达到餐厅服务标准。
Monitor staff grooming, appearance and work attitude; correct errors promptly.
经常检查员工的仪容仪表和工作情绪，立即纠正工作中的错误。
Ensure all service equipment, facilities, and utensils meet hygiene standards.
保证管区内所有服务设备、设施、餐具符合卫生标准。
Master F&B service fundamentals, including food, beverage knowledge and service
skills.
具备娴熟的餐饮服务知识，包括食品酒水知识和服务技巧。
Supervise staff’s mastery and implementation of service skills.
检查并督导员工对服务技能的掌握和实践效果。
Listen to complaints attentively, record details, and escalate to the F&B Manager.
Follow guest complaint management protocols strictly.
及时接受投诉，记录并报告餐饮部经理，协助处理。严格执行投诉处理规程。
Operate and manage according to F&B quality standards.
按照餐饮经营管理准则进行操作与管理。
Motivate staff to enhance initiative and enthusiasm.
寻找有效途径激发员工主动性和积极性。
Guarantee staff personal hygiene and food safety compliance.
确保员工个人卫生及食品符合国家与酒店标准。
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and report utensil损耗.
确保餐厅器具整洁有序，汇报损耗情况。
In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work, responsible for the risk management within the scope of his own position.
遵守雅诗阁集团的环境健康安全(EHS)方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作，对本岗位风管管理事件负责。
Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by superior.

【岗位要求】
College degree or above.大专及以上学历。
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2年以上同岗位工作经验。
Strong organizational skills, professional knowledge, and modern
management mindset.
较强的组织能力、专业知识及先进管理理念。
Proficient in Chinese & Western restaurant service knowledge.
具备中西餐服务知识。
Presentable appearance with proper grooming and demeanor.
体态端庄，仪容仪表整洁，举止稳重。
