岗位概述 Job Overview
1.为顾客提供快速且热情的服务,依照既定标准严控出品品质与服务质量。

4 "深入熟悉每日推广产品信息,并主动向顾客推荐。
Deeply familiarize yourself with the daily promoted product information and proactively recommend them to customers."
5 "按计划参加相关培训课程。
Attend the relevant training courses as planned."
6 "与同事建立并保持良好的工作关系。
Establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues."
7 "熟练操作与处理各类付款方式。
Proficient in operating and handling various payment methods."
8 "阅读并熟练掌握预订及接收预订的标准。
Read and master the standards for making reservations and receiving reservations."
9 "承接并执行上级或跨部门协作需求的突发性、临时性运营任务,确保任务执行质量与运营效率。

10 "参与餐饮部绩效考核体系"。

11 "按标准完成早晚班运营衔接,操作需符合食品安全管理体系及餐饮卫生规范,同时做好客户信息的同步与有效衔接。
Complete the operation transition between the morning and evening shifts in accordance with the standards. 12 "实时响应并处置运营突发状况。
