公共区域主管 Public Area Supervisor

It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for all aspects of the Housekeeping Public area and back of the house are of the highest caliber and meets the established standards. Supervise public area cleaner on the assigned floor and handle special requests from guests during mid night shift.

1. Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception

2. Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.

3. Prepare public area cleaner daily work assignment.

4. Supervision of the public area cleaners while they perform their duties according to the set schedule. These schedules must be updated according to business volume.

5. Provide on-the-job training and identify training needs.

6. Brief all public area cleaner of all information and new changes from the daily Housekeeping briefing.

7. Evaluate public area cleaner’s performance as required.
