Under the general direction of the Reservation Manager or Supervisor and within the limits of established Hotel standards and local policies and procedures, achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction. Responsible for handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system. To cross selling and up selling for all hotel products to maximize revenue in reservation call.

2. Receives, processes, and confirms all by Hotel Sales, phone, letter, from the Internet or other booking channels reservation requirements;
接受、处理和确认所有通过销售、电话、信函、网络或其他订房渠道发来的订房需求;
3. Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.
准确输入团队和会议团体的特殊付款方式。
4. Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions.
高度熟悉所有特价/报价/推广价。
5. Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of hotel Reservation systems make sure can use proficiently.

6. Complete OTA and travel guests audit every day;
每天完成OTA、旅行社客人的入住审核;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
