职位描述 Job Description
1. 负责餐厅门口迎宾、引导入座,合理规划餐桌翻台,把控前场客流秩序
Greet guests at restaurant entrance, seat customers properly, manage table turnover and control dining flow
2. 实时记录预订、等位信息,准确告知宾客等候时长
Update and record reservations and waiting lists, inform guests of waiting time accurately
3. 耐心解答宾客关于菜品、营业时间、包厢、宴会预订等咨询
Answer guest inquiries about menus, opening hours, private rooms and banquet reservations patiently
4. 维护等位区整洁,主动提供茶水、菜单,安抚等候客人情绪
Keep waiting area tidy, offer water and menus proactively to comfort waiting guests
5. 及时传递宾客特殊需求给服务员与餐厅主管,配合处理简单客诉
Forward guests’ special requests to servers and supervisors, assist with minor guest complaints
6. 每日做好预订台账、等位记录整理,班前班后做好迎宾区域清洁整理
Sort reservation and waiting records daily, clean and tidy reception area before and after shift
任职条件 Criteria:
1. 1 年以上餐饮餐厅领位 / 迎宾工作或实习经验,熟悉餐厅接待、预订全流程
Over 1 year host/hostess experience in F&B, familiar with restaurant reception and reservation procedures
2. 具备基础英语口语,形象大方得体,沟通热情有亲和力
Basic oral English, neat appearance, friendly and outgoing communication skills
3. 反应灵活,擅长客流统筹,能适应午晚市、节假日用餐高峰加班
Quick-witted, good at flow arrangement, available for overtime during lunch, dinner and holiday peaks
