职位描述 Job Description
1. 热情接待到店宾客,引导入座,递上菜单并介绍菜品、酒水特色
Warmly welcome guests, escort them to seats, present menus and introduce signature dishes and beverages
2. 准确记录宾客点单,及时下单至后厨,把控上菜顺序与出餐时效
Take guest orders accurately, send orders to kitchen timely, control serving sequence and speed
3. 全程跟进席间服务,及时添补茶水酒水,主动响应宾客各类需求
Provide full-cycle dining service, refill drinks and water, respond to guest requests proactively
4. 餐后核对账单,规范完成结账操作,礼貌送别离场宾客
Check bills after meals, complete payment procedures standardly and send off guests politely
5. 做好餐前摆台、餐后收台清洁,维护餐桌与服务区域整洁完好
Set tables before service and clear up after meals, keep dining tables and service areas clean
6. 妥善处理简单宾客诉求与投诉,无法解决时第一时间上报餐厅主管
Resolve minor guest demands and complaints, report complicated issues to supervisor immediately
任职条件 Criteria:
1. 1 年以上高端餐饮服务经验,熟悉全套点餐、席间及结账服务流程
Over 1 year catering service experience in premium restaurants, proficient in full dining service procedures
2. 形象端正,具备基础英语口语,沟通亲和,服务意识良好
Neat appearance, basic oral English, friendly communication and strong service awareness
3. 手脚麻利,抗压能力强,可配合午晚市、节假日及宴会高峰加班
Quick and efficient work style, capable of handling pressure, available for overtime during dining and banquet peaks
