职位描述 Job Description
1. 在酒店大门迎宾送客,主动为宾客开门、搬运行李、指引车辆停靠,提供行李寄存服务
Greet and bid farewell to guests at hotel entrance, open doors, handle luggage, guide parking and offer luggage storage service
2. 为宾客提供出行协助,包含预约出租车、接送机、景区门票、餐厅及娱乐场所预订
Assist guests with travel arrangements including taxi booking, airport transfer, booking tickets and restaurant reservations
3. 熟知本地商圈、景点、交通路线,耐心解答宾客各类游玩、购物、出行咨询
Be familiar with local attractions, shopping districts and transportation routes, answer guests’ travel inquiries patiently
4. 负责宾客信件、快递、外卖、鲜花的收发与送达,准确传递留言与叫醒信息
Receive and deliver guests’ mails, parcels, takeaways and flowers, accurately pass on messages and wake-up call notices
5. 保管行李牌、雨伞、充电宝等便民物资,做好登记管理,维护礼宾区域整洁有序
Manage luggage tags, umbrellas, power banks and other amenities with registration, keep concierge area clean and tidy
6. 及时反馈宾客需求与现场问题,遇无法处理的客诉、突发状况第一时间上报礼宾主管
Timely feed back guest requests and on-site issues, escalate unresolved complaints and emergencies to Concierge Supervisor immediately
任职条件 Criteria:
1. 1 年以上星级酒店礼宾、门童相关工作经验,熟悉城市出行与高端接待流程
Over 1 year working experience as concierge or doorman in international hotels, familiar with city travel and premium reception standards
2. 形象端正挺拔,具备基础英语口语,待人热情有礼,拥有良好服务意识
Neat and upright appearance, basic oral English, courteous and service-oriented
3. 体力良好,应变灵活,能适应早晚轮班、节假日及客流入峰高强度工作
Good physical strength and quick response, able to work rotating shifts and overtime during holiday guest peaks
