职位描述 Job Description
1.按标准完成食材切配、菜品烹制,选用新鲜食材,规范处理剩余食材控制损耗。
Cut and cook ingredients per standard, use fresh produce, handle leftovers properly to reduce cost.
2.依照菜单与配方出品,保证菜品品质、摆盘符合凯悦及意大利餐厅标准。
Prepare food following menus and recipes, ensure food quality and plating meet Hyatt & Italian restaurant standards.
3.落实厨房卫生、营养操作规范,做好设备清洁,设备故障及时上报。
Comply with kitchen sanitation and nutrition standards, clean equipment and report breakdowns timely.
4.申领、分类存放食材,做好物料登记,配合领班完成日常厨房运营。
Collect and store ingredients neatly with records, support supervisor on daily kitchen operation.
5.服从管理,参加培训会议,遵守酒店安全、消防及各项规章制度。
Follow management arrangement, attend training and meetings, abide by hotel safety and fire regulations.
任职条件 Criteria
1.1 年及以上西餐 / 意大利菜厨房相关工作经验
At least 1 year relevant working experience in Western / Italian kitchen.
