岗位要求 Job Description
1.负责客房及公共区域设备维修保养，按时高质量完成任务。
Responsible for the maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, completing tasks on time with high quality.
2.操作机房设备，保障水、电、气等正常供应与安全运行。
Operates plant equipment to ensure stable supply of water, electricity, gas and safe operation.
3.管控工具物料与备件库存，协助节能降耗与成本控制。
Manages tools, materials and spare parts inventory, assists in energy saving and cost control.
4.保持工作区域整洁，严格遵守安全操作规范与消防制度。
Keeps work area clean and strictly follows safety operation and fire regulations.
5. 及时上报设备异常，完成每日工作记录与突发事件报告。
Reports equipment abnormalities timely and completes daily log and incident reports
任职条件 Criteria：
1.持有电工证等相关上岗证书，1 年以上酒店 / 物业维修经验。
Holds relevant certificates such as electrician license, with 1+ year hotel/property maintenance experience.
2.熟悉强弱电、给排水、空调或暖通其中一项或多项技能。
Familiar with one or more skills: electrical, plumbing, HVAC or air conditioning.
3.动手能力强，责任心强，能适应倒班与应急抢修。
Practical, responsible, able to work shifts and emergency repair.
4.遵守安全规程，服务意识好，沟通配合度高。
Abides by safety rules, good service awareness and teamwork spirit.
