Responsible for the daily operation and management of the housekeeping department, supervising room cleaning, maintenance and service quality.
负责客房部日常运营管理,监督客房清洁、维护及服务质量。
Formulate and implement guest room cleaning standards and work procedures to ensure compliance with hotel hygiene requirements.
制定并执行客房清洁标准和工作流程,确保符合酒店卫生要求。
Arrange and assign work tasks to housekeepers, and check the completion of work.
安排和分配客房服务员的工作任务,检查工作完成情况。
Train new employees, enhance the team's professional skills and service awareness.
培训新员工,提升团队专业技能和服务意识。
Handle guest complaints and special requests, and solve problems in a timely manner.
处理客人投诉及特殊需求,及时解决问题。
Control the consumption of guest room supplies, manage inventory, and conduct regular stocktaking.
控制客房用品消耗,管理库存并定期盘点。
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of room service.
与其他部门协调合作,确保客房服务高效运。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Preference will be given to those with relevant experience in hotel room management.
具备酒店客房管理相关经验者优先。
Be familiar with the guest room cleaning procedures and standards, and understand the hotel hygiene regulations.
熟悉客房清洁流程及标准,了解酒店卫生规范。
Good organizational coordination and team management skills.
良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力。
Diligent and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure.
工作细致认真,责任心强,能承受工作压力。
Able to adapt to shift work.
能适应轮班工作制。
