【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】
Take charge of daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensure all products comply with the hotel’s quality standards and hygiene codes, and assist the Head Pastry Chef in team management.
负责西饼房日常运营,确保出品符合酒店质量标准及卫生规范,协助饼房厨师长管理班组工作。
Prepare a full range of Western pastries, breads and desserts including decorations in accordance with recipes and standard procedures, maintaining consistent taste, presentation and portion sizes.
按照配方和标准流程制作各类西式糕点、面包、甜品及装饰,保证口感、外观及份量一致性。
Supervise and instruct junior pastry cooks and trainees to operate safely and standardly; correct improper practices promptly and pass on professional pastry-making skills.
监督并指导初级厨师及实习生操作,确保操作规范、安全,及时纠正错误并传授专业技能。
Participate in the development and optimization of new pastry items, and create innovative desserts for seasonal and themed hotel events.
参与新菜品研发与改进,配合季节性或主题性活动推出创新甜品。
Manage raw material inventory, conduct regular stocktaking, arrange rational usage to minimize waste, and assist with cost calculation.
控制原料库存,定期盘点,合理安排使用,避免浪费,协助完成成本核算。
Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment, strictly implement food safety and hygiene regulations to pass internal and external inspections.
维护工作区域及设备清洁,执行食品安全与卫生制度,确保通过内外部检查。
Communicate and coordinate with other kitchen sections and F&B outlets to guarantee timely production and smooth service.
协调与其他厨房或餐厅部门的沟通,确保出品及时、服务顺畅。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
No restrictions on education, age or working experience. Candidates must have solid foundational Western pastry skills and be able to independently produce various cakes, breads and desserts.
不限学历、年龄、工作经验,但需具备扎实的西点制作基础,能够独立完成各类蛋糕、面包及甜品的制作。
Familiar with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards, with good personal hygiene habits.
熟悉食品安全法规与厨房卫生标准,有良好的个人卫生习惯。
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; capable of leading a team to complete daily production targets efficiently.
具备较强的责任心和团队协作意识,能有效带领小组完成每日任务。
Quick to learn, open to new recipes, production techniques and hotel standardized training programs.
学习能力强,愿意接受新配方、新技术及酒店标准化培训。
Able to adapt to the fast-paced hospitality working environment, work under pressure and comply with shift schedules.
能适应酒店业快节奏工作环境,承受一定压力,服从排班安排。
Must hold a valid health certificate. Candidates with pastry skill certifications or working experience in hotels/bakeries are preferred.
持有健康证,有西点相关技能证书或酒店、烘焙行业从业经历者优先考虑。
