全日制餐厅经理

【岗位职责】
1.全面负责全日制餐厅的日常运营管理工作。
2.负责餐厅员工的招聘、培训、考核和管理，提升团队服务水平。
3.监控餐厅菜品质量、服务质量和环境卫生，确保符合酒店标准。
4.负责餐厅营收和成本控制，分析经营数据，提出改进措施。
5.处理客户投诉和建议，维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度。
6.协助制定餐厅菜单和促销活动，参与市场调研和竞争对手分析。
7.维护线上门店。
8.监管本部门内固定资产和设施设备，确保丢失和破损在正常范围内。
9.根据运营和酒店的需要，将随时增加额外的职责和任务。
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Fully responsible for the daily operational management of the all-day dining restaurant.
2. Responsible for the recruitment, training, appraisal, and management of restaurant staff, and improving the team's service level.
3. Monitor the quality of dishes, service quality, and environmental hygiene of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
4. Responsible for restaurant revenue and cost control, analyze operational data, and propose improvement measures.
5. Handle customer complaints and suggestions, maintain good customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Assist in developing restaurant menus and promotional activities, participate in market research and competitor analysis.
7. Maintain online storefronts/platforms.
8. Supervise fixed assets and facilities/equipment within the department, ensuring losses and damages remain within acceptable limits.
9. Additional duties and tasks may be added as needed based on operational requirements and hotel needs.
【岗位要求】
1.大学专科及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。
2.6年以上高星级酒店餐厅管理经验，其中至少2年以上全日制餐厅经理经验。
3.熟悉全日制餐厅或高端西餐厅的运营模式和服务标准，具备良好的餐饮管理能力。
4.具有较强的客户服务意识和团队管理能力，工作细致认真。
5.能够熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的英语沟通能力。
6.年龄40周岁及以下，身体健康，善于沟通，有亲和力，负责任心强，形象气质佳。
7.有高星级国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先。
【Job Requirements 】
1. College degree or above, majoring in Hotel Management or a related field.
2. More than 6 years of restaurant management experience in high-star hotels, including at least 2 years as an All-Day Dining Restaurant Manager.
3. Familiar with the operating models and service standards of all-day dining restaurants or high-end Western restaurants, with solid food and beverage management skills.
4. Strong customer service awareness and team management abilities, with meticulous and conscientious work ethic.
5. Proficient in using office software, with basic English communication skills.
6. Age 40 or below, in good health, good communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, and professional appearance.
7. Candidates with work experience in high-star international brand hotels are preferred.
