工作职责
按照公司标准为客人准备早餐,并满足客人的需求。
按照公司标准将早餐及其他服务需求送达客舱,以满足客人的需求。
从客舱乘务员储物间收集脏的早餐托盘/脏的客房服务用品,以便进行清理和清洗工作。
按照主管的指示,依照公司标准并遵循卫生标准,对客房服务储藏室进行清洁。
按照操作手册中的规定使用清洁设备和化学用品
如有需要,可履行其他职责/任务(由直属经理指定)
营造一个有利于建立成功安全文化的办公环境。
负责确保其团队能够实施并持续有效管理工作场所。
在所负责的团队/部门内执行并推广安全程序。
Description
Prepares breakfast for our Guests according
to Company standards and
to satisfy Guest requests
Delivers breakfast/other requests to the
Guest cabins according to
Company standards to satisfy Guest requests
Collects the dirty breakfast trays/dirty
room service materials from the
cabin steward pantry to facilitate clearing
and washing
Cleans the Room Service pantry as per
Supervisor indications following
Company standards and complying with
sanitation standard
Uses the cleaning machinery and chemicals
as per manual procedures
Performs other duties / tasks if required
by Line Manager
Facilitate a work environment that supports
a successful safety culture.
Is responsible for ensuring that his/her
team implements and
maintains an effective supervision and
management of workplace.
Enforce and promote Safety procedures in
the team/Department
under responsibility
