Major Functions责任概要 :
To complete the assigned task for the daily maintenance and sanitation of all kitchens, service and back of the house areas and all china, glass and silver supplies as required.

Specific Duties 工作任务:
1. Neat appearance with proper clean uniform including proper work shoes.

2. Breakdown of trays, washing of china, glass and silver and stocking and distributing clean items using specified procedures.

3. Actively promote accident prevention by keeping all areas swept, clean and dry at all times and using wet floor signs as needed.

4. Follow chemical usage and safety procedures including the wearing of protective gear.
