About the Restaurant

Obscura 意味着“幽暗且神秘莫测”，每位来访的宾客自踏入餐厅开始，便开启了一场充满

惊喜与奥妙的多重感官体验旅程。餐厅 logo 的两个新月形半圆象征“窥之一隅”的意涵，

也寓意着“多维世界的探索”。自 2020 年创立以来，Obscura 始终专注于“新中餐”的探

索与表达，连接本土与世界，连接传统与当代，连接味觉与文化。

Obscura evokes the essence of “obscure and enigmatic”. From the moment guests step inside, they

embark on a multisensory journey filled with surprise and wonder. The restaurant’s logo – two

crescent moons – symbolises “glimpsing a fragment” of the unseen, hinting at exploring the

multitude of the world. Since its founding in 2020, Obscura has been dedicated to pioneering and

expressing “New Chinese Cuisine”, bridging the local and the global, tradition and modernity,

taste and culture.

Design

Obscura 餐厅巧妙地融入比邻的“唐香文化空间”浓郁中国文化元素。以流线型的曲线漫游

其间，从前台、酒柜到主厨餐桌等皆采用弧线型台面，又通过竹竿、木质纹理、深色金属

等质感不一的材质体现刚柔并济的理念，予人中西并容的多重想象、镶嵌在天花板里的白色灯具营造特别光束，就如 Obscura 给人如黑洞般无限延伸的神秘感。餐厅共有两层，一

层的主厨餐桌共 12 个席位，二层则更偏向中式，四米长的餐桌可容纳 10 位宾客。

Obscura seamlessly integrates the rich Chinese cultural elements of its neighbour, the Tangxiang

Cultural Space. Fluid curvature guides guests through the space, from the reception and wine

cabinet to the Chef’s Table, all featuring sinuous countertops. Bamboo poles, wood textures, and

dark-toned metals interplay, embodying the harmony of strength and softness, evoking a fusion

of Eastern and Western sensibilities. White luminaires embedded in the ceiling cast airy beams,

echoing Obscura’s enigmatic, infinitely expansive allure. The restaurant spans two levels: the

12-seat Chef’s Table on the ground floor offers an immersive culinary experience; the upper

floor embraces a more pronounced Chinese aesthetic, with a four-meter dining table that caters

10 guests.
