负责宾客迎送、引位、点单、上菜、斟倒茶水酒水，做好席间服务。 Greet and see off guests, arrange seats, take orders, serve food, tea and beverages, and provide in‑dining service.熟悉菜品、酒水、特色菜品，准确向客人介绍推荐。 Be familiar with dishes, drinks and signature dishes, and make accurate recommendations for guests.餐前摆台，餐后收台，维护餐桌及区域环境卫生。 Complete table setting before service and table clearing after meals, keep tables and dining‑area sanitation.及时处理客人服务需求，遇到问题及时上报领班。 Respond to guests’ service demands in a timely manner and report issues to supervisors.配合完成宴会、团建、婚宴等大型接待服务。 Support large‑scale receptions including banquets, team‑building activities and wedding receptions.遵守酒店规章制度，完成上级安排的其他工作。 Abide by hotel rules and regulations and complete other work assigned by superiors.
