【工作职责】
确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供专业而周到的对客服务。礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决，与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。协助餐厅经理确保根据确定的经营理念高效管理餐厅，始终提供高效和灵活的服务。
【任职要求】
1. 优秀的沟通技巧，说话清晰、简洁、自信
2. 流利顺畅的英语口语和书面表达能力
3. 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表
4. 能适应灵活的班次
5. 具有良好的宾客服务意识和团队协作精神
6. 至少两年以上餐饮服务工作经验

【Job Responsibilities】
Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides professionaland courteous guest service at all times. Handles all guest customer complaintsand inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to makesure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Establishes a rapport with guestsmaintaining good customer relationships. To assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the Outlet ismanaged efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing efficientand flexible service at all times.

1. Excellent communication skills, speak clearly, concisely andconfidently
2. Fluent in spoken and written English
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
6. Minimum two years working experience in Food and Beverageservice
