招聘岗位：经理-餐饮销售
【工作职责】
确保“在凯悦用餐（Dine@Hyatt，简称DATH）”餐饮忠诚度计划的顺利运作。达到分配给“在凯悦用餐（Dine@Hyatt，简称DATH）”计划的收入目标。确保32M餐饮接待柜台和餐饮相关预订的顺利运作。识别、发展、维护并为关键客户提供最高水平的服务。确保餐饮销售团队成功运作，符合酒店标准。
【任职要求】
1. 熟悉市场销售知识和技巧
2. 具备较强的中英文对客服务沟通、协调能力
3. 响应承担任何合理任务和次要职责的请求，并根据酒店、市场、行业和公司的需要进行调整。
4. 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表
5. 至少两年以上同岗工作经验

【Job Responsibilities】
Ensure smooth operation of Dine@Hyatt (DATH) F&B loyalty program.Reach the assigned revenue goal of Dine@Hyatt(DATH) program.Ensure smooth operation of 32M F&B reception counter and F&B related reservations.Key clients are identified, developed, maintained and served at the highest possible level.Ensure F&B sales team operates successfully, in accordance with hotel standards.
【Job Requirements】
Familiarity with market sales knowledge and skills.Strong communication and coordination capabilities in both Chinese and English for guest services.Responsive to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties, and adaptable to changes as dictated by the hotel, market, industry, and company.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.At least two years of relevant work experience in the same position.
