销售协调员 Sales Coordinator

Job description
Provide coordination and administrative support to the Hotel Sales team to assist with revenue generation and relationship with clients.
为酒店销售团队提供协调和行政支持, 协助酒店创收和维护客户关系。
1.Handling all telephone contacts for salespersons during their absence.
在销售人员不在场期间，为他们处理来电；
2. Handling all special request / VIP reservations.
处理所有特殊要求/贵宾预约；
3.Handling various routine communications functions, e.g., distribution of booking forms
处理各种日常通信功能,如预订表格；
4.Keep up to date all Sales reports
及时更新所有销售报告；
5.Builds positive working relationships with all departments of the Hotel; ensures understanding of Sales programs and the wants, needs and expectations of customers / guests.
与酒店各部门建立积极的工作关系，确保对销售计划的了解, 对客户/客人的需求和期望。
Job Requirements
1.Has relevant experience at 5 stars luxurious hotel or be skillful with Opera system will be an advantage;
在同级别五星级酒店同等职位或前厅部有过Opera使用经历者优先；
2.Has strong interpersonal and communication skills;
具备较强的人际交往和沟通能力；
3.Good computer knowledge in Microsoft words, excel and PowerPoint;
熟练运用电脑办公软件；
4.Communicates and writes with fluency in English, so as to host international guests and prepare relevant documents in English.
流利的英文口语及书写能力，以便接待国际客人，并准备相关的英文文书。
