Job Description
• Align management style,working practices and conduct with Amanresorts’s vision, corporate values,operating standards and policies.
• Personally build clearand open lines of communication with all departments
• Provide a professional,advisory and executive support service to the HR Manager to assist in meetingthe strategic goals of the establishment.
• Facilitate managementtraining programs and implement opportunities for quality Team Building.
• Foster a learning &training throughout the hotel be developing department trainers and administeron the job training in departments on a continuous basis.
• Formulate trainingprograms to address service concerns expressed through guest feedbacks anddirect observations of associates performance.
• Establish a traininglibrary of books, videos, journals and resources to assist trainer and staffdevelopment.
• Develop the training anddevelopment activities including training budget, training needs analysis andprogram evaluations.
• Provide management Trainingand Development programs to address identified needs and Corporate Policy.
• Continuously liaise withcorporate training resources to ensure that all corporate training mandates areadhered to at all times.
• Own the on-boardingprogram for all new associates and ensure proper brand immersion, acculturationfor new joiners.
• Understand and abide byall Government laws relating to the Human Resources division.
• Drive and support all trainingprograms.
• Identify &coordinate with training resources available and organize various externaltraining programs and language classes.
• Prepare and publishtraining calendars, flyers & newsletters for the resort.
• Be innovative witheverything you do.
• Create an environmentthat trains, develops, coaches and mentor’s associates.
• Undertake additionalduties as requested by the Human Resources Manager
