工作职责:
Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with the standard set

Checks daily mise-en-place, cooking, preparation of all food

Prepares food requisitions, inter kitchen‘s transfers and checks the quality and quantity of food received from the food store and other sub-departments

Makes sure that all machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are clean and in working conditions
确保所有的机器设备及器具的清洁,并能正常工作
Guides and trains the kitchen‘s personnel as instructed by Sous chef
协助厨师长指导和培训厨房人员的工作
Uses standard recipes and makes sure all staff are using them
采用标准食谱,并确保所有工作人员正在使用
Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may assigned by Executive Chef or Sous Chef
履行行政总厨或厨师长指派的其他任务
任职资格:
1.精通面包制作,有2年以上面包房工作经验。
2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力,能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
3.工作主动、热情、认真,责任心较强。
4.负责各种面包的制作并且色、香、味、形, 达到食品的标准。
5.负责管理烘焙区域工作环境的卫生和安全。
6.烘焙区域的日常管理工作,包括进出货,区域布置,员工的考勤表及培训,对整个过程把握,以确定其的正常运作。
